On the last Friday of November 2013, members of KOMA management, along with elected representatives of the town of Rybník and the Pardubice region, hosted the grand opening of the first-ever modular cultural centre in the Czech Republic, which is distinct in its size (324 m²), and its hall with a clearance height of 4.3 metres.

The Rybník cultural centre project created an additional challenge for KOMA in that it necessitated the use of large-scale modules that had to be delivered to the construction site unassembled. Production of the modules took two weeks, while the construction itself--with all of the necessary adjustments--took three weeks.
