We want to help peo­ple throu­gh modu­lar con­structi­on. We have been emphasi­zing inno­vati­on and design sin­ce 1992. We belie­ve that com­bi­ning design and qua­li­ty is the best way to go. We care about a good wor­king and living envi­ron­ment, and we are con­stant­ly deve­lo­ping and impro­ving because com­pe­ti­tors and time do not sle­ep. When desig­ning our solu­ti­ons, we have the wel­fa­re and needs of the cus­to­mer in mind, to whom we alwa­ys want to bring a high added value. 

KOMA FAMILY

You are never alone at KOMA. Our family is made up of several companies working towards the same goal:
KOMA MODULAR
A manufacturer of modular buildings. We are based in Vizovice, where we also have one of our production plants. In Vizovice we are also responsible for sales to Germany and English-speaking countries.
KOMA SLOVAKIA
In Slovakia we have a sales representation that takes care of sales and rentals to our eastern neighbours.
KOMA RENT
Our Prague office is responsible for the rental activities for the Czech Republic.

Company Philosophy

KOMA’s mis­si­on is ​“To help peo­ple and enrich the world”. This mot­to also gui­des us in the rea­li­zati­on of our orders, and that’s how over 100 scho­ols and kin­der­gar­tens throu­ghout Euro­pe and the first modu­lar hospi­tal in the Czech Repub­lic were built. We are not afraid of challen­ges and inno­vati­ons, on the con­tra­ry, we sup­port them. A Deve­lo­p­ment and Inno­vati­on Cen­t­re of Modu­la­ri­ty is being set up on our pre­mi­ses, whe­re we want to invent new possi­bi­li­ties in modularity.

Advantages of modular constructions

Line quality
Most production is carried out under constant climatic conditions in a production hall. Fully digitized production enables line quality to be achieved thanks to the control system. KOMA is proud to implement the Industry 4.0 system.
FIXED PRICE
The economic benefits are not only based on the speed of modular construction. Line production also means control over the price of a product. As a result, the price you agree to when awarding the contract is the price you actually pay for the construction.
Speed
Thanks to the preparation of modules, including the equipment in the production hall, the building will be erected on site in a matter of hours and is effectively ready for use.
DISASSEMBILITY
A modular object can later be disassembled into individual modules and re-implemented to meet the needs of another object.
FLEXIBILITY
Modular buildings can respond to the current needs of the owner and can be expanded. For example two additional floors could be added.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
One equally important feature follows from above; a modular structure is extremely environmentally friendly. Inhabitants of surrounding living spaces are not disturbed by an enduring construction process.
