LE RELAIS DE LA MALMAISON 4* hotel modular extension in Paris has demonstrated another application for modular constructions. The hotel extension has 28 fully air-conditioned rooms; each hotel room has its own balcony and social facilities. The entire annex building has 4 storeys. The hotel is located in a park, so the low-impact assembly with the help of modules, which do not pollute the environment with building traffic like that of traditional building methods, was one the main reasons the client, Serie Flex, decided on this construction method.
