Cassettes for the New Headquarters of J&T

This year the J&T Bank will lea­ve its Pra­gue Headquar­ters loca­ted between Flo­renc and the Hil­ton Hotel. It will move from Pobřež­ní Street to a new admi­nis­tra­ti­ve cen­t­re built by the J&T Real Esta­te deve­lo­per com­pa­ny in Rus­ton­ka. The main rea­son for lea­ving the exis­ting headquar­ters after 18 years was the lack of spa­ce for the growing company. 
The J&T Bank will move to a loca­li­ty between Libeň and Kar­lín, which is current­ly enjoy­ing strong deve­lo­p­ment with suf­fi­ci­ent ser­vi­ces in the surroun­dings and excellent trans­por­tati­on acces­si­bi­li­ty. The bank will occu­py the enti­re eight-sto­rey buil­ding with spa­ci­ous wor­king con­di­ti­ons. A small expan­si­on reser­ve is left for futu­re growth; the buil­ding has a capa­ci­ty for 750 peo­ple and, at the time of the moving, it will have about 700 employees.

Our com­pa­ny con­tri­bu­ted to this gran­di­o­se pro­ject with a small but visi­ble ele­ment in the form of the pro­ducti­on of lar­ge-sca­le alu­mi­ni­um cas­settes that form the inte­res­ting faca­de of the new J&T headquar­ters. The gene­ral con­trac­tor was a joint ven­tu­re between Geo­san and Metrostav.
