This year the J&T Bank will leave its Prague Headquarters located between Florenc and the Hilton Hotel. It will move from Pobřežní Street to a new administrative centre built by the J&T Real Estate developer company in Rustonka. The main reason for leaving the existing headquarters after 18 years was the lack of space for the growing company.
The J&T Bank will move to a locality between Libeň and Karlín, which is currently enjoying strong development with sufficient services in the surroundings and excellent transportation accessibility. The bank will occupy the entire eight-storey building with spacious working conditions. A small expansion reserve is left for future growth; the building has a capacity for 750 people and, at the time of the moving, it will have about 700 employees.
Our company contributed to this grandiose project with a small but visible element in the form of the production of large-scale aluminium cassettes that form the interesting facade of the new J&T headquarters. The general contractor was a joint venture between Geosan and Metrostav.
