The offi­ce buil­ding of the Kyber­ne­tes com­pa­ny in Koši­ce looks like a con­ven­ti­o­nal buil­ding at first sight. This is also how modu­les of the Stan­dar­d­Li­ne ran­ge can appear if the cus­to­mer so wishes. The buil­ding is a two-sto­rey plas­te­red hou­se with a total flo­or area of 300 m². Its inte­ri­or exact­ly meets the requi­re­ments of the cus­to­mer for a buil­ding that lea­ves the impres­si­on in eve­ry visi­tor that they have ente­red a brick buil­ding. However, what con­ven­ti­o­nal con­structi­on sys­tems would never be able to achie­ve was the tight com­ple­ti­on dead­li­ne. That is why the cli­ent opted for the KOMA sys­tem – the vari­a­ble and super-rapid method of construction.
