The multinational company International Automotive Components Group (IACG) used a vacant space between its production halls to install 10 spatial modules for a sewing workshop. In the future, IACG intends to build another floor, so this ground floor is ready for an additional storey, both structurally and with sufficient fire resistance properties. The modular construction has thus proven to be an efficient use of space for business and the establishment of auxiliary production areas.
