Shop and gatehouse of LINEA, Nivnice

One of the latest KOMA rea­li­sati­ons is a gate­hou­se and com­pa­ny shop for LINEA NIV­NI­CE. The pro­du­cer of fru­it jui­ce and drinks under the HELLO brand cho­se the KOMA sys­tem espe­ci­ally due to the company’s excellent repu­tati­on and extensi­ve port­fo­lio of refe­ren­ces. At the pla­ce of the old buil­ding the­re is a new modu­lar con­structi­on con­sis­ting of seven Com­fort­Li­ne modu­les cove­ring an area of almost 227 m² with a cei­ling hei­ght of 3 met­res and con­cre­te flo­ors with radi­ant hea­ting and a maxi­mum load of 1,000 kg/m2. Besi­des the shop and the gate­hou­se, the­re are also employee chan­ging rooms with a small kit­chen and faci­li­ties in the building.
