These modu­lar faci­li­ties for a children’s traf­fic tra­i­ning pla­yground were put in ope­rati­on in May 2022 in Otro­ko­vi­ce. The mul­ti-functi­o­nal buil­ding com­pri­sing 18 modu­les ser­ves as a clas­sro­om, pla­y­ro­om, dres­sing rooms for small pupils, and also as a sta­ffro­om. In pro­xi­mi­ty of the buil­ding, the­re is a ware­hou­se made from three modu­les. The buil­ding is hea­ted by a hot-water hea­ting sys­tem and a heat pump. The deli­ve­ry inclu­ded a secon­da­ry plas­ter faça­de and a roof with slo­pe wedges.
